Fat loss without the fads

My goal is to help y’all achieve your goals, and I realize this is the most common goal of them all: fat loss.

Unfortunately there are more ‘diets’ out there than I can even begin to count. All of them preaching about their approach to nutrition and ultimately, fat loss.

If this is the goal- I want to help you execute it the right way.

I wrote this e-book to explain how some of those diets might work, but to also provide other approaches to fat loss that are science-based, far more sustainable and individualized. There is ‘no one size fits all’ approach.
